It's just about a perfect response to the new Department of Justice assault on the community integration mandates in the *Olmstead* decision - which since 1999 has been the most important legal underpinning for disabled Americans' right to live in the community, rather than any sort of "facility." Gaelynn's arguments here are all absolutely essential, and well explained. No notes. Thank you Gaelynn.
