7/24/26 - Friday Video Share: "How To Date With A Disability"

How To Date With A Disability
Squirmy and Grubs - July 13, 2026
I wish I had access to advice like this when I was young. Along with that though, I would have to also wish that I would be open to advice like this when I was young. I'm not entirely sure I would have been. Either way, Shane's advice is refreshingly simple and essential, and not just for dating. I think it's good for cultivating other friendships, too. It would also be interesting to hear from Shane and Hannah, or others, on what practical problems make dating more difficult for disabled people, and what we do to get around them.
Now, here is an extra video to mark the anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, which was signed into law on July 26, 1990. The video is part of a history series marking the USA's 250th birthday.
Have a nice weekend everyone!
